EMPATHY Stakeholders Survey

The EMPATHY Program is currently undertaking a survey of program participants and youth workers.

It's report writing time again and as part of the December report EMPATHY need to complete a stakeholders survey - to find out what they are doing well and what areas they could improve on.

They would greatly appreciate you completing the survey to improve the EMPATHY Program - it will take 5 minutes max.

There are two links one for young people and the other for youth workers - if workers could facilitate young people completing the survey that would also be greatly appreciated.

To encourage completion of the survey, a $180 CCWT voucher will go to one lucky youth worker who completes the survey.
